Who we are

Nsite.ai (“NSite”, “we”) makes the NSite capture app and turns the photos it takes into 3D models and related results. This policy covers the NSite app, the website nsite.ai and the services behind them. Questions about this policy or your data: info@nsite.ai.

What we collect

  • Account information: your email address, sign-in details, and the company you belong to and your role in it.
  • Captures: the photos you take, with their location, and the precise location, orientation and motion of your phone during a capture, along with camera settings, the phone model, the app version and the names you give captures.
  • Information you choose to add: incident details attached to a capture, which can include names and contact details of other people. Add only what you are entitled to share with us.
  • Support information: bug reports you send from the app, including a technical log, and messages you send through the website.
  • Usage and device information: basic information about how the app is used, such as an app identifier, device model and operating system.
  • Billing information: billing contacts and records of the work we charged for and the payments we received.
  • Technical and security records: server logs, including IP addresses and the browser or app that made a request.

The app uses your location only while it is open. It does not track you in the background.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: sign you in, process your captures and deliver the results.
  • To check the quality of results before delivery.
  • To send you service emails, such as download links, invitations and security notices.
  • To bill for the service and keep the records the law requires.
  • To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Who we share it with

  • Your company: if your account belongs to a company, your captures and results belong to that company, and its administrators can see them.
  • NSite staff and reviewers, who process, check and deliver results.
  • Service providers that help us run the service: cloud hosting and sign-in, app analytics, email delivery, internal communication tools, mapping, spam protection, and AI tools that help us operate and maintain our systems. They receive only what they need for that work and must protect it.
  • Others when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people or of NSite.

Anyone who has a download link can use it until it expires, so share links only with people who should have them.

Where your data is stored

We store data in the United States. Our service providers may process data in other countries where they operate.

How long we keep it

  • Download links expire 30 days after the email that delivers them. We can send a new link on request.
  • We keep your photos and delivered results until you or your company ask us to delete them, or until your account is deleted. We reduce other processing files after a job is finished.
  • We keep logs for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.
  • We keep billing and financial records for as long as the law requires.
  • Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the NSite app (account button, then Delete Account) or on the website (Account Settings, then Delete My Account). For your security, we may ask you to sign in again first.

We delete your account 30 days after you ask. To cancel, sign in again before then. After 30 days, deletion cannot be undone.

When your account is deleted, we delete your sign-in and your personal information. If your account belongs to a company, your captures are the company’s work and the company keeps them. If your account is an individual account, we also delete your captures and results. We keep records the law requires, such as billing records, with your name and email removed, and anything under a legal hold.

A company administrator can ask us to delete a member’s account if the member asked them to. We confirm with the member first. If you cannot use the app or the website, email info@nsite.ai from your account’s address.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@nsite.ai. We confirm the request comes from you before we act.
  • You can turn off location or camera access in your phone's settings, but the app cannot capture without them.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Ask us and we will help.

Cookies and tracking

The website uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in. The contact form uses a spam protection service that sets its own cookies. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

How we protect your data

We use encrypted connections, limit access to the people who need it, and require extra verification for administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

NSite is a professional service and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact info@nsite.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email or in the app.
